Codrops recently made this tutorial for a modern css responsive menu with icons. It’s designed with flat colors, as seems to be the trend lately, but looks very nice. One of the great things about the tutorials from Codrops is that they tend to cover every aspect of what they’re trying to teach people, often including links to resources in the process.

One thing you should note with these tutorials is that if you actually want to learn how to do it, you need to follow it through while doing it yourself, instead of just hitting download and changing a bit of HTML. After all, that’s the point of a tutorial, is learning. So take the extra time and make yourself a better developer.
